Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms are intended to define the conditions and procedures for using the internet-related services provided by Eturnalove (the "Service"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the operator and users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
User: any visitor who accesses the Service and uses the content and services provided by the operator.
Content: all forms of information provided by the Service, including text, images, and external links.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of the Terms)
These Terms take effect by being posted on the Service screen.
The operator may revise these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law, and revised Terms will be announced through notices or bulletin posts. If a user continues to use the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms, the user is deemed to have agreed to the changes.
Article 4 (Service Content and Changes)
The Service performs the following activities.
Providing service roadmap and operational information.
Connecting users to community channels and providing related information.
Other tasks determined by the operator.
The operator may change the content of the Service in accordance with technical specification changes or service policies.
Article 5 (Ownership of Copyright and Restrictions on Use)
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in works created by the Service belong to the Eturnalove operator.
Users must not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, use for commercial purposes, or allow third parties to use any information obtained through the Service that is owned by the operator without prior consent from the operator.
Article 6 (Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer)
The Service is intended for informational purposes and does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the information contained in the Service.
External links: the Service may provide links to third-party websites or resources. Because the operator has no control over such sites or materials, the operator is not responsible for any damage or service quality issues arising from a user's use of those external links.
The Service may be temporarily interrupted due to causes beyond the operator's control, such as natural disasters, server maintenance, or communication failures, and the operator is not responsible for any resulting damage to users.
Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location shall be the agreed court of jurisdiction.
